CatalogKite is a catalog maker for people who sell to other businesses, and anyone who sells by message. It turns a product list into a line sheet, price list, catalog, order form or lookbook, as a PDF or a link buyers can order from.
Why it exists
Wholesale paperwork should not take a weekend
Ask a small brand how they made their last line sheet and you will hear the same story: a design file rebuilt every season, a spreadsheet pasted into a word processor, or a PDF exported from a tool that was never meant for it. Then a price changes, and the whole thing starts again.
Meanwhile the buyers on the other side want something simple: clear photos, style numbers, wholesale and retail prices, minimums and terms, on a phone as often as on paper. And a growing share of orders happen in WhatsApp chats, not inboxes.
CatalogKite keeps your products and your layout separate. You add products once, by hand or from a spreadsheet, and every document is generated from them: a line sheet for boutiques, a price list for regular accounts, an order form for a trade show, a lookbook for the season. PDFs are generated on your device, and images are compressed before they are uploaded. That keeps the service fast and our costs, and prices, low.
Your data stays yours
Without an account, catalogs never leave your browser. With one, we store only what is needed to run your catalogs, and you can delete it at any time.
Fits how people already buy
Buyers order by WhatsApp and email every day. We make those orders clearer instead of forcing a new checkout on anyone.
Print and screen, from one document
The preview, the PDF and the online catalog come from the same layout, so what you check is what your buyer sees.
Honest marketing
No invented testimonials, user counts or awards on this site. The sample brands in our templates are fictional and labeled as such.
Payments and your data
Subscriptions are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which also handles sales tax and VAT. The service runs on Cloudflare, and sign-in emails are sent with Resend. Read the privacy policy, terms and refund policy for the details.
