Yes. Cancel from your billing page at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. There are no cancellation fees.

Yes. If your first purchase of a paid plan does not work out, ask within 14 days for a full refund. Renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next renewal at any time. Full details are in our refund policy.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments is the seller on your receipt and calculates, collects and remits sales tax, VAT or GST where it applies, so the price you see at checkout includes any tax due in your country.

Your catalogs are not deleted when you downgrade. The Free plan limits then apply to what you can save and publish (for example 25 products per catalog and one online catalog link), so you may need to unpublish or trim catalogs that exceed them.

The Free plan is the trial: it has every template and the full editor, with limits on product count, saved catalogs and links. When you upgrade, the 14-day refund on first purchases means you can try Pro or Business without risk.

Major credit and debit cards, plus local payment methods that Dodo Payments supports in your country. Business and Pro can be billed monthly or yearly; yearly costs the same as 10 months.
