Is CatalogKite really free?

Yes. The Free plan costs $0 with no time limit: every template, up to 25 products per catalog, 3 saved catalogs, one online catalog link and PDF downloads with a small "Made with CatalogKite" badge. Upgrade to Pro or Business when you need more products, no badge or more links. See pricing.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Open the maker, add products and download your PDF; your work is saved in your browser. Create a free account when you want to save catalogs to the cloud, open them on another device or publish an online catalog link.

Can I import my products from Excel or Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload a CSV or XLSX file, or copy rows from Excel or Google Sheets and paste them in. CatalogKite guesses which column is the name, SKU, price and so on, and you can adjust the mapping before importing.

How do buyers order from my online catalog?

Share your catalog link. Buyers search and filter your products, add quantities to an order list and send it to you as a prefilled WhatsApp message or email with every item, SKU and quantity. There is no checkout or payment processing; you confirm and invoice the way you already do.

Will the PDF look exactly like the preview?

Yes. The preview and the PDF are laid out by the same engine, page for page, so what you see while editing is what your buyer receives.

What is the difference between a line sheet and a catalog?

Does it work on a phone?

Can I use my own logo, colors and fonts?
