How to make a great candle price list

Units, tiers and updates on a candle price list

A candle price list is a reorder sheet: SKU, scent, size, burn time, price per unit, case pack and price per case. Group by vessel size so the price steps are consistent down each block, and list wax melts and home fragrance separately with their own cases. When wax, wick or jar costs change, update the date and note whether open prebooks keep the old price.

Fields to show on a candle price list

Scent name and notes, vessel and size (oz or g), wax (soy, coconut, beeswax blend), wick, approximate burn time, case pack, wholesale, MSRP and safety labeling. A short notes line (top, heart, base) helps shop staff describe the candle to customers.
