Built for buyers who order by code, this skincare price list template sets out 10 items from Fern & Field Botanicals, a fictional supplier, under 6 category headings (cleansers, serums, moisturizers and body and more). Every line carries an item code, the unit of sale and a price, from $10 to $46 in the sample; the list runs from Tinted Lip Balm and Vitamin C Brightening Serum. Tips

How to make a great skincare price list

Units, tiers and updates on a skincare price list

A skincare price list should make cost per unit and case math obvious. List SKU, product, size in ml, case pack, wholesale per unit, case price and MSRP, grouped by step of the routine. If spas buy professional sizes for treatments, add a separate Professional section priced per liter. Put the effective date at the top; ingredient costs and packaging changes are the usual reasons to reissue.

Fields to show on a skincare price list

Product name, size in ml or g, key ingredients, skin type, SKU, case pack, wholesale price, MSRP and only the claims you can substantiate (fragrance-free, vegan). Keep claims cosmetic: cosmetic labeling rules in the US, UK and EU restrict anything that sounds medical.

FAQ

Skincare price list questions

Should a skincare price list show the case price or the unit price?

Show both. Buyers think in units when they compare with retail and in cases when they place the order, so a unit column plus a case column prevents most order errors.

What minimum order is typical for wholesale skincare?

One case per SKU (often 6 units) and a $250–$500 opening order are typical for independent skincare brands. Lower reorder minimums keep boutiques from running out of bestsellers.

How often should I update my price list?

Reissue it whenever costs move enough to change a price, and at least once a year. Always print an effective date at the top so buyers know which version they are holding; with an online catalog link they always see the current one.
